Watershed Distillery was built to make exceptional spirits. Firmly rooted in the belief that success doesn't happen overnight and certainly not by chance, Watershed seeks to create and celebrate progress within the community and beyond. The Watershed brand is a symbol of the American dream and the grit it takes to realize that dream. Built by two individuals in the heart of the Midwest, it resonates with builders, dreamers and individuals that are not afraid to forge their own path. The Watershed path began with two guys in Columbus and a dream to revive distilling traditions once abundant in Ohio. Starting with the production of Gin, Vodka and Bourbon, and adding Ohio Apple Brandy, Nocino and bottled Old Fashioned along the way, Watershed quickly expanded their reach all across Ohio and today sells spirits in six additional states. In early 2017, Watershed became the first distillery in Ohio to open an on-site restaurant, Watershed Kitchen and Bar, awarded Best New Restaurant in Columbus in it's first year, and regularly voted among the Top 10 restaurants in the city.At its core, Watershed is a team and a family of spirits committed to quality and to progress. We value the hard word and determination that got this far and look forward to what lessons await. Our spirits reflect our collective drive and refusal to settle.
