As a local electric engineering and renewable energy company, GM Industries, Inc. has the expertise to provide cost effective solar energy solutions for schools and other public facilities. You can trust us to deliver. GM Industries, Inc. is the solar industry leader with its "State of the Art" Star Tracker System, a far better solar system that is technologically innovative, environmentally sustainable, and financially effective. As a company, we are focused to bringing the clean environment technology of the 21st century to our local communities. We consider our dual axis tracker, as a part of a Large ZREC Tariff, as just part of the overall solution that will help towns and communities reach their energy goals. We offer our customers a solar system with dual-axis tracking arrays rather than the fixed arrays system, aka "bleacher mounts". The Star Tracker is made in Tolland, CT. This qualifies for the 10% bid advantage for ZREC purposes. The Rules for ZREC procurement allow a 10% bid advantage for Connecticut manufactured, engineered, or developed technologies. The Manufactured in Connecticut provision will allow towns to receive more money per ZREC in compensation. The Star Trackers qualify for this advantage because they are manufactured, engineered and developed in Connecticut.
