Sparc* is a medium sized practice with an impressive resume of considered architectural solutions. We specialise in residential, multi-residential, commercial, and industrial projects and enjoy considerable repeat patronage. We believe that the success of any project (and practice) is directly related to the people involved, and as such we encourage participation of all stakeholders in all phases of our work. We believe that client collaboration and consultant team co-ordination is imperative to successful project delivery. Sparc's principal objective is the delivery of pragmatic, commercially minded, and contextually relevant design solutions that combine innovation, constructional clarity, and contextual appropriateness. We have developed, and are committed to the maintenance of, a highly skilled, ethical, and professional team. We take a collaborative approach to design with our clients, aired at finding a solution to the pragmatic problems inherent to each commission. We work closely with clients, user groups and design-team consultants to realise the full potential of each project. Our focus is not only on achieving the best functional and aesthetic result, but also on overlaying long term planning value and on completing projects within time and cost constraints. Whilst our client base is primarily focused in Queensland, we regularly service interstate and overseas clients on a variety of project types.
