We connect mental health providers, care coordinators, and consumers with a real-time, searchable directory of mental health resources and their availability within Minnesota. What is Fast-Tracker? A free online search engine for mental health services and mental health resources for patients and providers: Search provider and service availability to cut wait times and find referral openings. Use it to help your staff be more efficient, your clients be better informed, and yourself more connected to the community. A Community Outreach Tool: Fast-Tracker helps people to find you by allowing them to search by location, availability, services, and providers. A Referral Tool: Use Fast-Tracker to find your clients specialty services and resources when your practice is full or when you are making referrals. Who funds it? Fast-Tracker and the Minnesota Mental Health Community Foundation are funded through grants and contributions There is NO charge to use Fast-Tracker. Need more information?
