We offer on site 'top down' cleaning, or a deeper off site cleaning and drying process. Most rugs with heavy soiling or severe stain and/or odor issues need to be washed off site in order to ensure a thorough cleaning. The removal of dry soil is one of the most important steps in washing your rug. Dirt and hair can get trapped deep down in the fibers, contributing to odor by holding any stains or spills in the foundation of the rug. Clearing out that particulate soil allows the cleaning process to penetrate into the deepest fibers of your rug. Once the cleaning process is complete, we can protect your rug with a sealer to help prevent future accidents and spills from seeping into the fibers.
