WHY WE STARTEDWhat started as just an idea, a way of expressing ourselves. Not really fitting in with most of the brands and what they stand for. We think that there is more to it than just working out, looking fit, having a massive pump or huge glutes. We started this because we want to focus on our physical and our mental health. A program where we guide you through different phases of strength training, weight loss, muscle and weight gain, conditioning and prepare you for all your fitness goals. We are going to show you the best way to perform exercises according to science. We are working with health professionals like personal trainers, physiotherapists, performance coaches, athletes and dieticians.
