Many of our original recipes were created by our aunty at the family shop in the tiny village of Ripponlea in Melbourne.Aunty Chumi opened her heart, her recipe book and her kitchen table for all of us to share. She believed in real ingredients treated with love and respect to satisfy the hungriest of appetites.From those humble beginnings, we now manufacture a range of Dips, Aioli's, Mayonnaise, Falafels, Veggie Bites and many other products using only real fresh ingredients.We will never forget our origins and Aunty Chumi's ways will stay with us forever.Yumi's also produce a range of products suitable for a large range of food outlets, including cafes, restaurants and takeaway outlets.
