The United Precision Technologies Group is made up of Kyosei Co., Ltd. and Koken Chemical Co., Ltd. which was acquired in April, 2017. Kyosei focuses on thin metal photo etching and Koken focuses on thick metal photo etching. The combination of these two companies will allow for a synergistic environment to promote the growth and development of photo etching.Kyosei Co., Ltd. has also established a subsidiary Kyosei USA Inc. located in Irvine, CA. The office is expected to open in the 4th quarter of 2017. Kyosei USA will support US business as the UPT Group expands worldwide.
