Richmond Fellowship Morang offers comprehensive services to the people who uses drug, people living with HIV and AIDS and community, and facilitates and works with the Law Enforcement, Medical Institution, NGOs, GOs, CBOs, other networks and academic institutions that are involved in humanitarian services. Executive Committee and all the projects of Richmond Fellowship Morang is implemented by drug users, people living with HIV and AIDS, and other professions, which has pure motive to deliver service to the marginalized population. Principle of, "for the people and by the people", is applied on service delivery.
