Following the acquisition, the Group now also holds a 100% in Ezee Tile, a manufacturer of grout, adhesives, paint, and related products. The group trades through two branded national retail chains, Italtile and CTM, each focused into a specific market segment, and supported by specialist service departments. Italtile Limited operates in Southern Africa through 95 stores comprising 7 Italtile stores, 80 CTM stores and 8 Top T stores. The group is positioned as a major franchisor, focused on streamlining the parent operation while growing market share and fostering entrepreneurial opportunities through their franchise programme. The group commenced trading in Sydney, Australia in 1998 and now operates 9 outlets across Queensland and New South Wales.
