Flex Technologies was founded in 2003 by Mr. Tim Coory who has over 25 years' experience in silicone hose engineering and ownership. In the startup days of Flex Technologies Mr. Coory brought with him a handful of key individuals with decades in production, engineering and sales experience from within the industry to kick start a brand new idea in the silicone manufacturing world. The execution of a multi-national production effort catering to a variety of clientele from Large scale OEM's to small businesses and repair shops while offering clients a standard quality product at a low cost or an American made OEM/Military level product based upon their individual requirements. Flex Tech has grown from a small mom and pop production plant at its inception to an international OEM and Military manufacturer with growth numbers of 785% over the last 8 years all while maintaining a 96% client retention rate.
