auticon is an international IT service provider that successfully provides consulting services in the areas of Quality Assurance & Testing, Analytics, Software Development & Migration as well as Compliance & Reporting.But we only employ people on the autism spectrum as Technology consultants and offer them an autism-friendly working environment.Today our company employs more than 250 people of whom more than 170 are on the autism spectrum. We have successfully completed several hundreds of projects for well-known known customers (including over one third of companies listed on Germany's stock exchange (DAX) such as Allianz, UniCredit, BMW Group and Henkel). auticon has successfully expanded in Europe and North America, opening affiliates e.g. London, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles and Montréal. It is our business to create opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to do highly qualified work.By employing people with autism we create added value for our society as a whole, economically and far beyond: working with colleagues with autism is first and foremost an entrepreneurial decision that takes us all forward as people: because welcoming neurodiversity, i.e. diversity also in neurobiological dispositions and developments, makes every team stronger and helps companies to prepare themselves for the coming challenges of digitalization.
