Today we are known as the Rental Housing Association (RHA) - Serving Southern Alameda County and serve hundreds of rental property owners and operators. Our members provide over 25,000 rental homes in Alameda County. RHA is an affiliated chapter of the California Apartment Association and is its exclusive service provider in Alameda County.
