Lifestyle and weight loss have been a focus of my professional development. After graduating from Boston University, I moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan to complete a Master in Public Health from University of Michigan. I attended medical school at Michigan State University and started practicing Family Medicine in the Detroit area.I went on to become board certified in Obesity Medicine. In addition, I completed extensive weight loss coach training and Lifestyle Medicine training.I have been happily married to my husband for 21 years. This work is personal and confidential.During our time together we will:• Create your weight loss strategy• Develop action plans• Discuss obstacles and challenges• If you are ready to make a commitment to change, our first session is complimentary.
