Sandy Buckinx's Company Details
While working in different sourcing departments throughout different companies, we see the same needs all over... - The departments and their buyers need to sell themselves more and more in order to market their own value add to their internal customers; - Negotiations become more complex and results less tangible as 'price' is being replaced by extra service, value add, improvement projects, innovations, ...; - Persuasion based on rational arguments and power decreases and therefore people skills grow; - Good buyers are hard to find as 20 years of experience does not equal the same level of seniority. We strive to follow the sourcing path in its full strength by shifting the focus more to the customer. Our success is based on your people who are guided and motivated throughout all programs. By doing so, your human capital evolves and hence your ROI...
