Pathway began in 1989 with a single building and three staff members providing 24-hour care to 22 homeless adults. Today, Pathway operates six programs, housing nearly 100 men, women, and families providing an entire continuum of care beginning with entry-level transitional housing and ending with substance-free permanent housing. But that's not all—five of our six programs are self-supporting with rents based on incomes. In addition, program graduates residing in Pathway apartments serve as peer support volunteers, to help carry out our mission along with only 4 full time and two part-time staff.
