Our development laboratory offers multiple technologies and equipment to form, shape, attach, and test catheter tips with complex geometric features. Temperature or pressure measurement, stent delivery, steering, drug delivery, and balloon dilation in sizes from 2Fr to 30Fr are commonly integrated within our designs. Our Nano-molding capabilities include insert molding and over molding luers, and working with thermosets, thermoplastics, and bioabsorbable polymer materials.
