The Gurukul School of Design (GSD) is located in Jaipur and is founded by Mr. Raghavendra Rathore. His concept, as a globally recognised designer, is to create a new generation of designers who are adaptable and responsive to the ever-changing world of design in the 21st Century. Through a unique 4 year, Bachelor of Design (B.Des) program, the curriculum is founded in trans disciplinary design knowledge which has been mentored by him at every stage of the curriculum design process. At GSD, the curriculum, teaching and learning are founded in a multidimensional philosophy, offering a 360-degree view into design while enhancing general knowledge and awareness. GSD's integrated program comprises of an expansive module - Design 360 ̊ ( Principles of Design with a stress on Fashion, Textile, Lifestyle Product and Visual Communication knowledge all compressed in one special program ) with additional emphasis on Business and Management techniques to build a understand how to build a brand.
