We help women towards future-proof jobs in IT and tech. Our goal: more women working in technology and IT, and more diversity and inclusion in the labor market. Because of digitization, robotization, and automation, 75 million jobs will change or even disappear in the near future. Fortunately, there's also good news to share: around 133 million new jobs will arise. However, that will mainly be jobs with a very strong IT and technology component. The jobs that will likely change or disappear are marketing, administrative and facility jobs. Branches where women are overrepresented. If we want to maintain the position of women in the labor market, we must do something now. We must empower them with IT skills and help them to find the right jobs in branches where women are underrepresented.
