Dongguan SM Electronics Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2000 and headquartered in Shenzhen with total land area of more than 7000 square meters ( approximately 75000 square feet) We specialize in building of plastic injection mold & silicone mold, plastic injection molding, silicone compression forming. We have our own separate mold building workshop, plastic injection molding workshop, Silicone press forming workshop, Printing workshop ( silk printing and pad printing), laser marking room, automatic painting line and assembly production lines for mobile phone keyboard. Shenzhen company currently has 300+ employees and mainly focus on mold making and plastic injection molding, in the meanwhile, our Shenzhen office self –develop such small household appliance as electric kettle, coffee maker, and some toy etc. There are more than 100 employees in Dongguan facotry for now, we primarily commit to manufacturing and design of mobile phone case, cell phone keyboard, silicone houseware items and silicone premium gifts etc. Our company has well-equipped production facility, our mold making workshop has been armed with CNC machines, grinding machine, EDM and wire-cutting machines etc. Plastic injection molding workshop has been equipped with 20 sets of injection molding machine, with press size ranging from 60T to 500T.
