The combination of the Icon Co and Cockram businesses in 2018 created an unrivalled ability to deliver a fully diversified range of construction services and scale of projects. The inspiration behind the union was to leverage the diverse sector experience of Cockram with the larger D&C experience of Icon Co. Our current projects include 5-star hotels, commercial office, major hositals, aged care, build-to rent and traditional residential, student accommodation, defence, technology and heavy industrial.
