Our product range currently includes R-Suites, prefabricated two-storey laneway suites and R-Town's, multi-story mass timber residential buildings. Our pilot R-Town is the first all wood mass timber residential building in Ontario, located in Leslieville, Toronto. High-rise condos appeal to a narrow demographic and standalone houses that have become unaffordable, leaving a large gap in housing options aptly named ‘the missing middle'. As the population in Toronto increases, so does the need for mid-rise housing. We offer products designed to address the need for the middle, to revitalize underused main streets and laneways.
