DBSA's peer-based, wellness-oriented approach brings resources and support to more than 4 million people every year. More than 500 local support groups and 160 chapters enable us to reach people and families where they live -- and for those who don't have a DBSA chapter nearby, we offer virtual support groups that people can access from anywhere in the country.
