Our relationship with food is often wrought with emotion, uncertainty, & overwhelm, so we move towards a place where food becomes healing & supportive of our individual body types & needs, letting go of the struggle with food, so that we can ENJOY food, and then enjoy our lives.\\Just BE also supports clients in finding this 'flow' with small group or personalized yoga classes. Working with beginners or those wanting to deepen their practice, I meet you where YOU are on your mat, guiding either mellow quiet classes, or more vigorous challenging classes.
