The Centennial Valley Association (CVA) strives to preserve traditional ranching as a way of life in the Centennial Valley, and to maintain quality open space, wildlife habitat, water quality and wildlife migration corridors as they exist today for future generations. Founded by area landowners in 2003, the CVA creates opportunities and rallies landowners, agencies, and community members to unite and support conservation and agriculture by providing a community forum to establish change in the valley and surrounding landscapes; coordinating work to control invasive species, addressing community and visitor safety, and supporting collaborative approaches to support sage grouse, grizzly bear, wolves and Arctic grayling recovery. The CVA's support for community partnerships and sustainable stewardship practices is helping to protect the Centennial Valley's ecological integrity and its undeveloped character. We protect history, culture, and a community that cherishes the unique qualities of this remote landscape.
