SeflRefind is an outpatient addiction treatment community with locations across 3 states: Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana serving more than 4,000 patients with a mission to save lives, instill hope and restore relationships.Every individual walking through the door at SelfRefind is unique which is why we tailor all treatment plans to best suit unique needs. We know that a one size fits all approach to addiction treatment doesn't work and multiple tools are necessary. Creating a combination of services matching specific patient needs with the right tools are vital to successful outcomes. These tools can include: education, case management services, one on one time with physicians trained to treat addiction and counseling. When we focus on what the patient needs most we can either increase or decrease specific services to meet the individual where they are in recovery. If, at any time during treatment it is determined the patient needs a higher level of care, we offer an outside referral or in most cases find that our Intensive Outpatient Program can be an even better fit offering the same combination of services and tools listed above, but with greater frequency. In addition, SelfRefind believes that addiction treatment if done well, involves not only healthy patients but also healthy communities. We are committed to providing resources through education and partnerships to help lower stigma and increase awareness in all of the areas we have a SelfRefind location. We desire to walk with our community counterparts to bring solutions to this epidemic in order to lessen the generational impact this disease will have on the lives of our children and their children.
