Our fun and playful workshops promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness while connecting groups on a deeper level.Although you will not learn any choreography in a Moved LA workshop, you will be moving and grooving to your heart's content through a series of guided improvisational exercises. We celebrate individuality and provide you with the means to truly express yourself and discover more about the people around you.Our goal is to get the whole world moving.
