Andia's is a woman-owned family operated premium ice cream and sorbet business located in the heart of The Triangle region of North Carolina. We produce small batches for catering and concession events, and we sell our products in our own retail store. We're a hard-working, fun group of people who sleep, eat, and breathe ice cream! We have traveled to numerous cities in the US to learn the fine art of gourmet frozen dessert making, including the Frozen Dessert Institute and The American Culinary Institute's EH course in Advanced Gelato and Sorbetto Production. In addition, we are active members of the National Ice Cream Retailers Association where we continually fine tune our knowledge of the industry and its trends through networking and attendance at the annual convention. We have invested considerable time sourcing the finest ingredients available from around the world---from Europe to Africa to South America---as well as fresh local ingredients when in season.We look forward to serving you, whether it's at your event or in our retail shop!
