He was named by People Magazine as one of the most influential people of this century. Alignment based yoga focuses on alignment of the body, timing of poses, and sequencing of postures. This makes yoga available to everyone regardless of age, health, flexibility or other limitations; a complete approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation.Our classes are offered 7 days a week from 5am to 8pm at night to fit a variety of personal needs. We offer private lessons and offer workshops with senior teachers.
