Objectives1. Reduce emergency care response time * Geo-locating our ambulances to achieve international response time for ambulance services * Did you know that treating a patient within 1 hour of an accident increases the chance of effective treatment by 60%. Most of the time treatment starts 3-4 hours after the emergency because ambulance drivers find it difficult to reach the patient. We aim to remove the difficulty of finding the address and miscommunication by creating a platform where our ambulance providers know where to go once we receive the call2. Providing quality and fully compliant ambulatory services * In most emergencies, there is no one to help stabilize the victim till the ambulance arrives. Our medical call center aims at providing live steps and procedures until our personnel gets on the scene. Driving awareness and our first responder network within the communities is the future of saving lives3. Connecting community of medical institutions * In a number of cases, a patient is taken to a hospital which lacks adequate facilities. Our platform allows a profile to be created where the patient gets taken to a hospital of their choice. Furthermore, our system allows for multiple choices so that we can alert the hospitals before the patient arrives. 4. Technology enabled * Our system is developing into a platform based data driven solution for the healthcare industry in Malaysia. With First Ambulance and EMA Global Malaysia we leverage our in-house systems to create an integrated database to run missions smoothly and without problems.
