Welcome to extendYoga! extendYoga strives to provide a positive, nurturing environment that challenges individuals to extend themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We believe in giving back to the community by participating in various charitable causes, and offering community classes and events.$5 Fridays! All classes on Friday are $5 (through August 2012).Our spacious, serene sanctuary is home to dozens of certified instructors, with classes for all ages and levels. We invite you to retreat to our multifaceted, modern space for a little relaxation and rejuvenation. extendYoga is fully furnished with two beautiful studios, and a retail shop.Inside of our two studios, you will find yoga and fitness classes such as heated and non-heated yoga, TRX Suspension, and more! We offer a variety of workshops, series, seminars and special events.
