In 1998, we released Practice Made Perfect, a Microsoft Windows-based program, a significant upgrade from our previous DOS-based software. In 2000, working closely with a number of our physician clients, we developed version 1 of MedPointe – an EMR workflow suite that is tightly integrated with our practice management program. What made it unique – then and now – is that it was developed by physicians working closely with a developer who was an expert workflow analyst. The end result is a product that maximizes workflow efficiency.This means that the software is intuitively designed, easy to learn and use.
