The companywrote the cookbook "Chocolate Every Day" (Penguin Randomhouse) in 2017.Recognizing the consumer need for living and delicious foods, the islandeatery expanded its offerings and the obsession for our plant-based cheesesbegan. The need for a more expansive brand was warranted, and Happyist wasformed.
