The Concourse Council, Inc., is a nonprofit organization who seeks to partner with compatible organizations for the development of activities and programs which will enhance The Concourse, Pasco, and surrounding counties. The Concourse property was donated by land baron and philanthropist Alric Pottberg and features over 200 acres of wetlands, uplands, and wooded areas. This Unique Park Venue is home to:Pasco Safety Town - a miniature village dedicated to educating children about safety operated by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office in partnership with the school district.Rotary Pavilion – our 13,000 SF covered open air facility with lighted parking designed for large outdoor events and gatherings. It is available for both public and private use.Grand Railroad – a small scale railroad with one mile of track built and operated by the Grand Concourse Railroad club in partnership with The Concourse. It is currently open during holidays and special events with rides for both children and adults.Railroad Depot - The Concourse Grand Railroad departs from this location during special events and is available to rent for outdoor gatherings of 50-100 people.Event Center – a 4400 SF indoor facility has recently remodeled and is now available for board meetings, group meetings, corporate training, and social events.
