Mani in Pasta is a Culinary Creative Association based in Lisbon.Mani in Pasta is an itinerant cultural project exploring unconventional places where organizing events (urban acupuncture) and claims to preserve the immaterial heritage of gastronomy. The aim of the project is to spot in the ancient knowledge the still existing truth (contemporary tradition) and to defend the "convivio" as a moment of socio-cultural exchange.MIP is the food design spin-off of the association.
