SAWA Kenya is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working in Laikipia & Isiolo County, Central Kenya to improve access to education for young, at-risk girls. In the case of our organization, SAWA stands for Schooling & Action for Women's Achievement in Kenya. We target girls who have been forced to drop out of primary and secondary school because of early pregnancies, forced marriage and a lack of school fees.
