HRM Partners, Inc. is a human resources management consulting firm with a specialty in providing broad HR services to Japan-based companies with business operations in the United States. The main premise of our business originally was and continues to be providing a strong bridge between the unique Japanese business culture and the increasingly complicated U.S. business system. Our business began in Santa Monica, CA in 1989 as a division of an executive search firm for assisting Japan-based clients with their HR strategies and needs. By 1994, we became a separate HR consulting firm operating in West Los Angeles. Today, in addition to our office in Los Angeles, we also have offices in New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago. Our professional services include HR policy development, staff planning and reorganization, management/employee conflict management, compensation and benefits program design & costing, management and employee training programs, performance management design, recruitment support and safety planning.
