Founded in 1928, with the goal of making superior ricotta cheese using only 3 Simple Ingredients – milk, vinegar and salt – the Lamagna family is proud to craft superior products that are delicious in both traditional and new recipes.-Saxon Creamery handcrafts award-winning, European-style cheeses using milk from pasture-grazed Wisconsin cows. This extra-rich milk adds buttery texture and flavor to each cheese they produce.-Simply Dairy produces the freshest and finest goat milk cheeses, using milk from Wisconsin farms within 30 miles of the creamery.
