Scott Burns, Coastal Engineering & Consulting specializes in traffic and transportation engineering, wastewater and water design, site plans, utility coordination and erosion control planning. Coastal Engineering & Consulting is also a GA DBE certified firm and prequalified to provide services to the Georgia Department of Transportation in Design of Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities, Design of Erosion Sedimentation and Pollution Control Plans and Construction Engineering.
