Many investors and users alike had few opportunities to become involved in an office campus environment unless the buildings were quite large. Investors were shut out, unless they were institutions. Our answer to this dilemma was the creation of our Shamrock Commercial Office Division, which combines the best of both worlds, residential and commercial. We focused on putting the entire package together; securing the real estate, providing the design and then finishing the build out. Investor opportunities abound, with owner/users and outside investors. The market has responded favorably to our concept.
