We are personable, highly trained professionals that genuinely enjoy the work we do. We perform every inspection as if it were our own. We typically spend up to 2.5 to 3 hours at each home inspection. We invite our clients to follow us around and ask any and all the questions they like. We do more than just home inspections: We do radon testing. Breathing radon gas has been found to be the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US and reasonable remediation systems can be installed by home sellers prior to our clients closing on a home. We use continuous electronic monitors that are placed in the lowest livable area of a home and collect air samples every hour for several days. We schedule wood destroying insect inspections. WDI inspections, commonly called termite inspections, are usually required as part of a real estate transaction. We highly recommend and offer sewer scope video inspections because a sewer line is often the most costly item to repair in a home. Sewer scope inspections are designed to discover and report any visible defects in the lateral sewer line that run from a house to the street. We offer a well water supply adequacy test for clients looking to purchase a property with a well. This test determines whether or not the property's well is providing sufficient flow to the faucets throughout the home. We are family owned and operated. We have nearly 20 years of industry experience and we regularly attend continuous education seminars and classes. We do not use an answering service. We want to talk with you directly.
