We take over every service aspect that your PBM normally does. (Customer Service, Clinical oversight, Account Management, Implementation, Reporting, Formulary Management, etc.)In short, FlexScripts protects our broker partners and their clients by offering industry best pricing, top dollar rebates, plan design review, contract analysis and implementation services to assist with limiting disruption. FlexScripts pre-negotiates all of our contracts on an annual basis. We do this while holding our PBM partners accountable for their contract guarantees. We have been called "the PBM Police" by many of our broker partners. FlexScripts has a vested interest to assure that your clients make the right decision regarding their PBMs!
