At Falling Sky we are makers. In January 2012 we opened the Falling Sky Pub & Brewhouse where we brew all of our beer and make all of our sodas. In July 2013 came the Falling Sky Delicatessen - a true NW Deli. This is where we cure our meats, bake our breads, and make our condiments. In June 2016 the trifecta was completed and we opened Falling Sky Pizzeria on the UO campus. Our beer reaches its final test - does it taste good with pizza? (It does!). Our pizzeria is where we make all our desserts & sweet treats. We handcraft just about everything we serve. We‘re a collaboration of makers, brewers, farmers, ranchers, cooks, bartenders and foodies.
