Heini's is dedicated to the creation of quality, locally made cheese, founded on the traditional craft of authentic, artisan cheese since 1935. Our brand of cheese has a creamy texture and exceptional taste, making it the perfect choice for any occasion. Heini's Cheese Chalet, located in Berlin, Ohio, is home to our cheese production facility and is a tourist destination. The Chalet features a sampling room where guests can try over 80 varieties of cheese made on location, a free cheese-making tour, handmade fudge, candy, bulk foods, and coffee shop. Ezra's family has been producing Feta cheese in the Mediterranean region for more than 100 years. The recipes have been passed from generation to generation. This is the first time we introduce an authentic Mediterranean Feta cheese produced in the USA to the US consumers. It's creamy, soft, and delicious, kept in a sea salt brine.
