Listings Project began with founder and artist Stephanie Diamond's search for an apartment 17 years ago.Today, Listings Project is staffed by a small team of artists, developers, designers, consultants and creatives who are committed to creating a service that's rooted in collective self-care and community building.We correspond directly with all our listers and provide feedback on listings, so that each and every listing is personal, thoughtful and easy to understand. We also don't allow New York City brokers or listings with broker fees on our service. Listings Project is a space for individuals to connect with apartments, roommates, art studios, exhibitions, jobs, friends, collaborators, and even soul mates.Finally, we are committed to building an equitable, inclusive and anti-oppressive community. We expect and invite all of our listers to agree to join us in this effort.
