For the investment trading floor of a major bank, we designed, engineered, built, and managed a new robust technology solution. This streamlined system processed billions of dollars per minute and met the stringent security and audit requirements of the Inspector General and the Comptroller of the Currency. A global provider of legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics asked us why their new application, key to their competitive edge, failed performance testing. Delivery of the application was projected at 36 months. We identified critical failures in the architecture and our Agile development team delivered a fully functional application in 8 months.
