Halsa (Swedish for "Health") Advisors is a strategy, facilities, and operations advisory firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, providing consulting services to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. At Halsa, the partners sell the work and do the work; we are not a highly leveraged model, so you can be assured that experienced, senior people are focused on your problems and interacting with your leaders, Boards, and medical staffs.Much of our work is for leading healthcare systems, about 50 percent in the community hospital setting and about 50 percent for academic systems. We aren't architects, and sometimes don't recommend a facilities solution, even when one is presumed. We understand operations well enough and have good diagnostic tools to recommend operational changes when they are indicated.
