OUR CULTUREOur founder/CEO, Wendy, started the business by showing sample products door to door in NY in the late 1980s. Today, Wendy is a renowned woman entrepreneur and philanthropist in NY/NJ. She authentically cultivated customer relationships and built a thriving medium size company. The average tenure of our employees is 15 years with FLOMO®.
