At Robinson Lloyd Resiliency Group, our team of educators, counselors and coaches bring skills above and beyond what is expected to ensure the success of yourself, child, family, school or business. Our Teams are involved in providing effective, data guided mental health and educational supports. Our manualized evidenced-based Resilient Stars/Warriors Program provide social-emotional coaching (individual and group) to increase students' self-efficacy. We empower students with proven solutions. Our students' increase grit, self-esteem and their ability to manage depression and anxiety. Based on our students' need for educational support, we provide math coaching. We also provide workshops to help parents and educators transform their classrooms with research based applications.Situation: Anxiety and Depression rates are increasing for students this has been exacerbated by the Covid19 pandemic. We have also witnessed a increase in the academic divide.Complication: Although Covid19 has exacerbated mental health challenges and academic failure rates it has also provided an opportunity to use data guided evidenced-based solutions to improve students self-efficacy.
