We are always willing to travel if the job justifies the mobilization. W&N Development is a safety-orientated company that puts consideration into all risks faced. The construction practice introduces many potential hazards to both the employee and the owner. At W&N we work to minimize or eliminate these hazards before we enter your site. All employees are safety trained and conscious of the risks at hand. We do not operate machinery or tools that we are not qualified or certified to do so. We practice safe operations in all our scopes of work from placing concrete to elevating 70,000 pounds to 100 feet high and 300 feet out. W&N Development is owned and operated by Wayne and Nancy Vander Linden. They are assisted by two of their three sons, Kyle and Eric, but the whole family has helped immensely along the way. Currently within W&N Development there are 20-30 employees with whom we work to create an efficient and positive environment for all. The success of our projects is accredited to every member of the team.
